Unpleasant check in, asked to wait for a very long time, even asked to move to different facility more than 5km far. The room is dirty, including the sink, bathroom and bed. Door lock is almost broken, even the towel from previous guest has not been moved.

Bad service and unfriendly. While sleeping there was a loud noise coming from the balcony door. The bathroom sink faucet does not turn on. Very disappointed.

Map ke apartemen sangat tidak sesuai. Kalau bisa diperbaiki sehingga di google maps juga menjadi akurat. Tidak jadi di residence 3 sebagai mana yang diinginkan (lampu padam) diarahkan ke residence 2 yang tidak di inginkan.(fasilitas refund sebaiknya di aktifkan sehingga sama sama baiknya jika cancel dengan keadaan yang demikian)

Pelayanan buruk, pertama saya mau check in sudah nunjukin 2 ktp buat jaminan tapi adik saya di bawah umur gak boleh masuk karena gak ada ktp tapi ujung-ujungnya di mintain uang 50rb biar bisa masuk, kedua AC ngga dingin, alat masak gak ada buat masak air atau indomie, ketiga yang paling parah saya mau pake fasilitas kolam renang tapi gak di kasih kunci akses, saya malah di suruh masuk bareng tamu lain dan keluar bareng tamu lain dengan alasan kunci akses lagi di perbaiki tanpa kasih saya solusi, saya bayar sewa apartmen bukan numpang sama orang lain.
