The room was decent for the price, close to Unair Campus B, and the staff were friendly and responsive to complaints. It was clean, but some of the walls were creaking. The mattress was also starting to feel a bit soft.

I stayed in room 220 for 4 nights. The room was quite spacious and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was cleaned daily even though we didn't request it. However, almost every night, the sound of furniture being moved around in other rooms was often heard, making it very uncomfortable. I had informed the receptionist, but it still kept happening.
3 days before, I was not in the room every afternoon. On the last day of check-in, I was in the hotel room all day, and it turned out that the sound of furniture being moved also occurred during the day, and none of the hotel staff knew where the sound was coming from... so it was a mystery.
