The room was very nice and clean. The food was also delicious.

The location is easily accessible, the staff is friendly, and the food is varied and delicious. There's a children's play area in the lobby. The view from the room overlooks the city and passing trains. Another thing the kids love is the swimming pool.

I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel immediately impresses with its clean and modern aesthetic. The design feels fresh and well-maintained, creating a really nice atmosphere. The room itself was also immaculately clean and felt very comfy. For the breakfast was quite nice, offering a good start to the morning. However, my one piece of constructive feedback would be on the breakfast selection, I feel the variation of food could be improved to offer a wider range of choices. Overall, It was a nice choice to stay and definitely will come back again !

A highly recommended hotel for business trips. If you have the chance, try the all-you-can-eat package on Friday nights. It's really worth it.

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there are free snacks, and the breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. There is a kids zone/playground, suitable for those who bring children so they don't get bored in the room all the time.

The hotel has strategic access, fast check-in and check-out, clean rooms, delicious food and a variety of food options, and friendly service.

Stay for 5dayS AND 5DAYS NO TV wifi very bad when we just walk in : 1st impression hotel Looks new and clean also staff are nice and friendly. After went to the room : TV buffering the whole time, wifi also not so good … TV ABOSULUTELY NOT WORKING… FO Team Continuously saying that vendor will come and fix it and then said its already fixed but its not …so no improvement at all and nothing being fix for 5 days… LIGHTS IN THE ROOM ALSO on and off at night … told FO to fix it nothing happened… they offer to move room with same issues … NO SOLUTION AT ALL … overall not so pleasant stays

Overall the room is good and futuristic, even though they need to be more thorough in cleaning the blanket area, but okay. First come first serve, fast enough from the receptionist, then welcome drink at the after dark cafe is so nice. Idk but about the elevator, I think it's a bit long, compared to the elevator systems I know in malls or offices, so when you wait for the elevator from the maze of rooms and there are quite a lot of queues because the elevator is not big. Then about the restaurant during breakfast, I think the waiter is enough, maybe the job desk distribution should be fixed again, because it's a shame I just got off at 8 and the food was all finished, aka not checked for refills immediately, I didn't even have time to try the waffle even though it was only 8 o'clock, hehe, the omelette also lacked flavor, maybe I didn't manage my time well and there were lots of people ordering, thx

Hotel suitable for business trips, modern rooms and delicious breakfast

I stayed here for two rooms. I stayed in room 921. The bathroom glass door wouldn't close properly, and the exhaust wouldn't work. 😅😅😅😅. But everything was fine in room 925. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. There were nails sticking out of the chairs in the restaurant and pool area, and my swimsuit tore. 🥲🥲🥲. Please check frequently for this issue. Rattan chairs are bound to have issues like this. I made a reservation at the upstairs restaurant. It was for 7 PM in the garden area. When I arrived before 7 PM (because I only had to go up one floor from my room), my reservation wasn't available. I was offered other options, which I obviously didn't want because the only option was sitting on the floor. After I consistently declined the staff's options, they brought me a table and chairs from the indoor area. I thought the problem was limited to reservations. I ordered a starter, main course, and dessert. I told the staff to please start first. The food came out an hour later, and then the main course. The medium-rare steak I ordered arrived extra-rare. Drinks arrived an hour and a half later, and when I complained, we were only given two glasses of water, which was enough for four of us. But above all else, I appreciate the hotel's beautiful design and aesthetics. The rooftop pool offers excellent sunset and city views.
