I had some good experiences during my stay at Fairfield Bali Kuta Sunset Road. The location is strategic it's near the main road with many nice foods and merchandise stores 15 minutes away, also 15 minutes to Kuta Beach. Convenience stores are within walking distance. The room is great and quite comfortable. The food is good but lack of option and not well representation. During my stay, I met a lot of tourists from India maybe because of that the foods served are always chicken. The pool is great and the drinks affordable are affordable.

Don't worry you can find a lot of ant in your room. Just put your drink in mini bar table and wait only 5 minutes and so many ant will come in one legion. Even you put your drink in a table beside your bed, they will come in a second. This is 2nd time we stay in this hotel with different room dan different floor and different wing and we got a same condition.

Very comfortable. Very satisfy. There are gallons of water in the room so you don't have to buy water anymore. Bath soap, conditioner, shampoo and hand wash are in the form of a pump so it's more than enough for two people. The room is clean. Clean restrooms. The experience at check-in was also very fast even though we arrived at 21.00.

Cool, spacious & luxurious lobby. With an open air concept. Greeted with a welcome drink while watching swimming from the lobby pavilion. Check-in is easy but some special requests are given. Nice room not cramped and good design. The bathroom door uses a sliding door so it seems spacious. An iron & ironing board is provided as well as gallons of drinking water which make you feel at home, save & practical. The 24-hour fitness center is equipped with a card reader for more exclusive entrances. Modern and good equipment. In the room provided towels and drinking water. Sports equipment should be cleaned both before and after use. Minimalist but nice pool area, adjacent to the restaurant. You can also see from the lobby platform👍 Car access is too narrow and too 90°, especially in the basement. Really not recommended for big cars. Overall very good and will come back again.

10 out of 10. I really like the Shampoo and Conditioner that uses Sensatia Botanica. The staff is very friendly and helpful 1000% The rooms are clean like every room has a balcony. The swimming pool is very spacious, there is a hot water pool. The pool water is very clean. Hope that breakfast there is Waffles / Pancakes. It is certain that if you go to Bali, you will stay here again.

The location is quite strategic. The food is delicious, the rooms have cozy balconies and the staff are all friendly. Only the check-in process is a bit long. Even though I ordered via the application. However, the preparation of the room is quite time consuming. Please speed it up in the future.

We stayed 2 nights at Fairfield, the service was quite good, the staff were friendly, but the parking area was very, very uncomfortable and narrow for the bow so that the rental car was stuck in a pillar, then the parking area was limited so that it would make visitors reluctant to return. My car was put in the area outside the hotel for 1 day because the parking lot was full. The lobby area is a bit high up the stairs area. Hopefully our reviews can improve the quality of the hotel. Hotel sangat nyaman, jauh dari kesibukan meskipun masih di sunset road. Cocok untuk healing, gym dan kolam renang oke banget, pelayanan oke banget juga. Considering this hotel for my next bussiness trip.
