This hotel is located in the heart of Garut, with a very strategic location, but seriously, the price per night is incredibly cheap! Although the building is old, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the rooms are quite spacious, and the receptionist is super friendly!

For the umpteenth time I stayed at Hotel Family Ayu, always satisfied with the service of its friendly staff. Cleanliness, neatness of the room is always well maintained. Hot water in the bathroom is also great. Anyway, satisfied, if you stay at this hotel.

The superior room is quite large. The floor is not clean, sticky and oily. The towels are not good, smell a bit musty, and are not neatly packed for guests. The towels are dirty. The bathroom water is flowing smoothly and the TV channels are good. There are not enough hangers for the wardrobe. If the cable roll is damaged, please replace it.

The location is strategic, but it's a shame that the guests staying there are noisy, like a security post. Please limit the number of seats for guests in the hallway so it doesn't feel like a night market.

Very disappointed, especially since the TV and WiFi were not working, the mattress smelled and the room was like an old building, there was no hot water, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste available.

the room for the bed is quite comfortable. the bed is also quite big and can accommodate two people. towels, soap, drinking water, fan and tissue are available. there is no hot water for the deluxe room it seems.
it's just a shame that there are sellers who go upstairs (2nd floor of the hotel) and offer their wares directly to the front door of the room. a little pushy and the price is quite pricey for chips that are usually 5k - 8k priced at 15k. maybe they can be wiser in managing it.

The floor looks like it's rarely mopped, entering the room smells of cigarettes. The sheets and blankets haven't been changed & have lots of stains, in the toilet there are still traces of other people's shampoo & bar soap. The room balcony is dirty, the room walls need rejuvenation.
