This villa is very strategically located if you want to travel in the Batu area, only 7 minutes to Jatim Park 3. The villa is clean, there are two rooms with a double bed type and one extra bed, there are stove facilities, cooking and eating utensils, washing machine, bathroom with water heater. two-door refrigerator, gallon water, clothesline, and parking area for one car. The owner is also fast response, thank you, happy to stay here👍

The villa is really comfortable. The location is right in the middle, very close to Jatimpark3. If you want to go to Batu, it's not far, and if you want to go to Malang, the city isn't far either. When you first enter, it smells really good. The mattress is clean, comfortable, soft and smells good. The water heater functions well. At night it's really quiet and there's no noise, so you can get maximum rest, especially if you're bringing a baby or toddler. Really recommended for families. I will come here again if I go on holiday to Malang again.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. A highly recommended villa. The place is comfortable. Complete with a washing machine too. It's just a shame that there is only a little hot water. Hopefully if you stay there again, the facilities can be improved.

Pokoknya BEST! 6 malam aku di sini 😁. Kamar-nya 2 dapat extra bed, sofa bed. Bersih, harum. Toilet-nya bersih. Dapur bersih, ada meja makan, kulkas, mesin cuci, kompor, peralatan makan masak ada. Admin/owner-nya aku enggak tahu, ramah banget. Nanya laundry, setrika, nanya rental mobil di balas cepat. Rekomendasi banget. Kalau ada rezeki ke Batu aku mau ke sini lagi. Oiaa dekat banget sama Jatim Park 3. Minus-nya air panas-nya enggak banyak, tapi gapapa sih. Semoga makin nyaman entah 2, 3, 4, 5 tahun lagi karena aku kau nginap di sini lagi.

Rumah bersih, 2 kamar ada kasur tambhan dan sofabed, TV digital internet oke, cuma air panasnya hanya sedikit, perlatana lengkap, cuma kalau bisa dikasih meja-meja kecil di dekat kasur untuk naruh-naruh barang dan kursi meja di teras depan untuk duduk-duduk. Tapi semua pelayanan oke, admin gercep, lokasi aman dan dekat Jatim Park 3, terima kasih.

Villa nya bersih, nyaman, Wifi, TV, alat sholat, alat dapur, kulkas bahkan mesin cuci (kalo lebih dari sehari) nya juga ada. Recommended bila datang ber6 dewasa (10person cukuplah😄) sebagai berikut disediakan bed+karpet tambahan. Jarak ke pusat kota Batu dan daerah Suhat nggak terlalu jauh. Mantap pokoknya. Yang punya juga ramah. 👍🙏

Ownernya ramah dan halus bahasanya selama komunikasi. Proses masuk early check in pun sangat dibantu ga ribet. Rumahnya enak rapi harum ada 2 kamar 1 ber ac. 1 lagi kipas angin. Sprei harum lembut. Bed nya juga enak banget di tidurin (bed mahal kayaknya) disediakan juga extra bed. Dapur + alat masak. Piring. Alat makan minum. Kulkas mesin cuci. Setrika lengkap semua ada. Alat sholat sejadah. Sarung. Mukena ada. Review nya belum banyak tapi rumah ini recommended banget. Untuk yang cari ketenangan ga berisik cocok. Next balik lagi ke sini.

The house is nice, clean too, but the sheets are a bit smelly, there is an ac water heater and coffee and Indomie are provided too, shampoo soap is also in the dispenser, but the soap runs out. There is an extra mattress for the floor and a sofabed too. Recommended for families on vacation.
