favehotel Margonda - Depok

The location is quite strategic. I imagined this Fave in Depok to be similar to the Fave in one of the cities in Indonesia where I have stayed, which is comfortable and clean. However, unfortunately, the elevator to the room when I went up and down, smelled not at all pleasant even though there was an air freshener installed in the elevator. Then, regarding the comfort of the room, the sheets and blanket looked shabby, even the blanket still smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom sink connection table also looked dull and unkempt because the color had faded. My room was connected and not soundproof because I could clearly hear the guests next door talking or laughing. Although initially I had requested soundproofing because I needed to stay at Fave Depok for a visit and I would be taking an exam at the embassy the next day. The breakfast buffet also did not have many choices and many menu items were empty. The service to add menus was also slow even though there were not many guests when I arrived. The cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant were also not maintained even though there were many staff. There were several tissues and food dropped under the buffet table. Just for your information, the price per night at Fave Hotel Depok is only slightly different from nearby 4-star hotels, but the service is far from 4-star, including the breakfast selection, staff friendliness, tidiness, cleanliness, and comfort. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, and every guest's feedback will be taken into account. Thank you.

For 500 thousand, it's okay, but the breakfast is just so-so, but it's suitable, it's close to CFD, there are lots of cute cafes, and it's also close to the hotel.

It's very difficult to get coffee in the morning. You can't order and pay as usual. You ask for more powder to make it thicker, but the staff doesn't understand and is difficult. There's breakfast for 100 thousand rupiah, but you have to order coffee from outside. It's very unreasonable.

Everything was comfortable. Hot water had to wait a while to get hot. Breakfast options were limited and the taste was standard. The omelet was too burnt and bland.

The access card wasn't working properly. The room was very noisy. There wasn't even toilet paper.

It was quite clean and tidy, but the AC needed to be checked by a technician. The technician was friendly and worked well. Overall, it was good.
