It's a bit uncomfortable because it's not soundproof, the AC isn't cold enough, and the TV only works on one channel, the others don't. There's no mineral water provided, you have to buy the mineral water that's provided for 5000, haha.

A comfortable, clean place, close to the National Monument (Monas), and good service. The only thing that needs improvement is the slow Wi-Fi, which isn't very good for mobile phones. Parking is tight because it's in an alley, but there's parking available for cars.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The system and service are also good. During our stay, there was an error with the card to open the door, so we had to contact the receptionist for a quick fix, but after that, there were no problems. The room was clean, but the bathroom mat was quite dirty and should be replaced. The location is quite far from a small alley, so it is recommended to use an ojol (motorcycle taxi) to get there, especially at night.
