Old school building with spacious rooms. Minuses: hot water doesn't work, bed sheets and pillows are not clean. Towel perfunctory. Pluses: spacious building, easy check-in and check-out, king coil mattress, spacious rooms, lots of compartments. Wifi so so. Near places to eat.

Really recommended, at an affordable price, you can get good facilities, the service of the father is friendly, when asked anything, answer politely, the place is clean, the toilet is clean, when there is minus the air conditioner is not cold they confirm whether they want it or not, if they don't want to change to the other options are really good. but after I checked the room was spacious, clean, I wanted it right away, there was air conditioning, a refrigerator, smooth wifi signal, big clear tv, there was a bath up, clean bathroom, cold water, it's just that it was a bit of an error but indeed they confirmed from the start so I already know. next time trip to jogja again will be there again, God willing

Traveling ke jogja kalo punya buget yang pas pasan nie penginapan rekomended banget buat kalian kalian yang butuh tempat istirahat. Ya emang agak tua sih tempatnya tapi kamar tempatnya nyaman buat istirahat. Selain itu para stafnya ramah ramah dan cepat tanggap.

Wow, I didn't expect the price of 150 thousand to get so many facilities. Comfortable double bed, private bathroom, get toothpaste + toothbrush, mineral water, tissue, soap, shampoo and towels too. Yes, even though the bathroom is a bit dirty, the service there is friendly. overall, really great.

When it came, the security guard was confused serving. must wait long. Rooms are spacious, but poorly maintained. there is a water heater, but no plugs. Not recommended if the service and comfort atmosphere is not addressed. at IDR 160,000 / night, there are many better lodgings / homestays. Regret when choosing in a hurry, not paying close attention to other reviews. It turns out that more are not satisfied. the same experience I felt.
