No Wifi. Receptionist desk is always empty. Have to ring the bell to call them, and suddenly they answer from the 2nd floor to ask what we need and why call them? The bed sheet is not clean, there is a lot of dust in the hanging cupboard

Hopefully it can be an evaluation material for the hotel to be better. 1. First time checking in, greeted without a smile. 2. The fences on the 2nd and 3rd floors are dangerous for children. Children aged 1-5 years can get through the fence. 3. The TV is full of ants (runny). 4. The main light in the room is broken so the lighting is a bit dark. 5. The curtains cannot be closed completely. 6. The water heater is broken. 7. There is no water and no bucket (if there is water, it is better to prepare a bucket to collect water). 8. The broom is broken. Positives, 1. The breakfast is delicious.

stayed for 2 days, the first day got a room on the 3rd floor, it seemed like the room was rarely occupied even though it was more spacious, the water heater was clearly broken, only two cups and towels were given even though the capacity was 4 people. The second day was moved to the 1st floor, the water heater thankfully worked, the rest was very standard

We ordered 2 rooms, even though we ordered about 2 weeks ago asking for a connecting room, in reality the hotel did not provide it. Very very bad service. The room was dirty and full of termites.

Staff dan pelayanannya buruk! Parkir sulit, keluar parkir juga sulit super duper berantakan, keluar parkir mesti nunggu sejam lebih belom lagi tukang jualan depan hotel ngalangin jalan dan gamau geser dulu. Hotel kotor, staff tidak ramah, komplain di kamar ada yang meledak minta teknisi dateng ke kamar tapi ga di respon, kamar besar tapi lantai lengket, kamar mandi kotor, di kamar ada 2 kecoa di kamar mandi ada 1 kecoa. Sarapan tidak worth it! Pokonya not recommended!

Kamar yang kami tempati ada yang standar dan triple room. Tempatnya bersih, AC dingin, deket sama pantai, kolam renang bersih dan nyaman buat anak-anak, sekitarnya banyak jajanan dan tempat sewa kendaraan, pelayan dan karyawannya ramah, sayang water heater ga jalan dengan baik di kedua jenis kamar. Fasilitas yang dikasih standar hotel aman.
