Lokasi strategis, urusan makan gausah pusing, mau makan di luar hotel banyak pilihan, atau kalau mager bisa order langsung di resto hotel-nya juga bisa karena harganya yang sangat terjangkau. Yang paling penting kamar dan public area-nya wangi, bersih terawat juga. View-nya cakep banget, gak bosen mandangin luar jendela. Staff-nya ramah-ramah, sangat membantu juga. Wajib dicoba sih, recommended banget. Bakal balik lagi sih pasti-nya. Semoga bisa dipertahankan dan lebih baik lagi ya. Masih belum bisa move on sih, jujur 🥰.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and modern. Already using smart TV. Fast wifi. The view from the 7th floor is cool. The AC is cold, the cold/hot water in the toilet is smooth and works well. The parking lot is quite spacious. It's a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

One of the recommended clean and comfortable hotels. The room isn't large, but it's clean and comfortable. I think it's still okay because I don't have much stuff, and another plus is the sofa bed. The TV is also a smart TV and works well. The bathroom is also top-notch. Once again, it's clean. I hope it's always clean and well-maintained. The staff is also friendly, though a bit rushed when serving, but they're still friendly and smiling, which is the most important thing. Overall, this hotel is good and deserves 5 stars.

3rd time staying at this hotel. Great stay as always, love the complementary snack provided everyday to enjoy. Just minus the soap need to be fill enough before check in time, however housekeeper comes very quickly to fill the soap. Overall experience is very good

We lost something that wasn't actually that valuable. But after realizing we had missed something, we called the hotel and found out the item was there, but the staff had simply forgotten where it was. The point isn't the price of the item, but the staff's failure to follow standard operating procedures. They found an item and didn't report it, return it to the front desk, or contact the guest. Instead, they kept it, and now it's gone. Imagine if it was such a valuable item.
