The staff is friendly and the service is good. However, the admin could use more attention to the music settings in the reception area. It's a bit annoying when the music is too loud and can be heard in the room.

The hotel staff are not friendly, they play music very loudly at night, the room floor seems not to have been swept or mopped and is full of dust, towels are also not provided, there is only toilet paper, there is no water heater and the toilet does not work at all.

The place is actually comfortable, just not well maintained. The room smells damp, the walls, bedsheets are dirty in some parts, the water for bathing is salty, the AC is not cold enough. But if it's just for sleeping and not for lazing around, it's enough 😁 The plus point: the owner of the place is quite nice and friendly.

Kalau fasilitas sesuai harga lah ya karena tergolong murah untuk daerah gili trawangan, imbang karena ketolong banget dengan pelayanan dari staffnya yang super ramah, masukan untuk ke depannya sebaiknya di toilet d tambahkan keset yang nyerap air supaya lantainya tetap bersih, trus kalau ada kerusakan sedikit mending langsung d perbiki supaya g makin rusak (contohnya pintu kamar mandi), trus dinding sebaiknya d lapisi sama lem anti rembes soalnya bocor, untung pas sudah mau cekout baru bocornya, jadi g ganggu kenyamanan liburan. Itu aja sih paling, tapi g kapok buat balik lagi nginep d sini, semoga ke depannya lebih baik lagi 👍

Jangan di laguk an lagi dari fasilitas semuanya dan Cukup lah untuk kelas-kelas saya dri ke uangannya 🤭

Hotel terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi, udah booking online 2kamar h -4 dan sudah tf bayar, tapi bisa-bisanya sampai sana nggak ada kamar tersedia, udah dikasi orang lain, minta refund aja penuh dengan drama, saya disuruh nunggu 3hari, tapi saya tetep kekeh di sana sampai uang saya kembali, niat liburan mau bawa keluarga senang malah zonk gara-gara pelayanan yang sangat-sangat buruk dari hotel ini

Kamarnya sangat tidak layak. Ada rayap, kecoa, dan tikus. AC-nya bocor. Sangat tidak layak.

Imagine the lights going out in the middle of the night until 4 in the morning and the hotel guests are asked to help by the owner because there is only 1 hotel staff on standby, and even then when they wake up they are in a daze like someone who has been drunk. After I, as a hotel guest, helped input the contents of the token, I called the owner several times to find a solution because the staff who were on standby disappeared somewhere after it was built. After the electricity came on, the staff member who had disappeared came back and banged on my friend's room door and started fighting for fate. Even boarding houses priced at 200 thousand per month are much better than this hotel. This is really the worst hotel I have ever been to.

The facilities were poor, the lights in the 2nd floor room were off and we as customers were asked to fill in our own electricity tokens and the manager as the person responsible objected to being woken up to check if the electricity was off. So who do we need to look for? Witch doctor? Very disappointed
