first time staying here, because I was too lazy to go home because it was too late, thank God I got a junior room in the Honolulu tower, the staff was friendly and very helpful, even helped find a parking space, fast and solid service, easy to contact and communicative, thank you

The bathroom has a bad smell, the sheets smell, the staff who communicate via WhatsApp are rude, the bathroom door handle is broken. Please pay attention, the walls are dirty. Will not go back to that place again. Thank you.
