Beautiful, well maintained property, attentive and helpful staff, comfortable bed, amazing and generous breakfast with a lot of variety. And the pools speak for themselves. The hotel is even better in person than in the photos. Will be back next time in Ubud.

This is my third time at Goya - I love it so much. It’s serene, quiet and beautiful. The staff here are SO lovely, from reception, to restaurant, groundskeepers and housekeeping. It’s such a nice retreat and I am so relaxed when here. The hotel was so kind to give me a parting gift for staying here three times - so unexpected and a lovely touch. The breakfast continues to be top notch from the service to the food. I was so happy to see the additional pool constructed from my last visit. I will definitely be back!

Accommodation and staff was excellent. They did everything to make your stay comfortable. I choose boutique hotels because they are smaller and provide a personal touch. As a solo female traveler having staff take that extra step to remember your name and inquirer about your stay is a nice touch.

The property is beautiful, love the infinity pool, and so relaxing, literally close to nature. the restaurant on the property serves delicious meals from breakfast to dinner. They are so pleasant, and welcoming every day, ready to serve or help you in every way possible. clean comfortable beds, with great air conditioning. the highlight of the trip are the staff: best staff ever, most outstanding I would like to thank Novi, Wirma, and of course our best person Kedak Adi. I wanted to have a driver and car to do my own custom itinerary, these three made it possible. Adi was with us for the whole day taking me to amazing places. They had water bottles, wet cool face towels, and pool towels for us in the car as we would complete one journey to the next. I got to see 5 different places in the 10 hours that we booked Adi as a driver for the whole day.
The best of all they were able to accommodate and take me to my next destination in a new city. I would definitely be back at Goya Resort.

The staff and hotel was amazing , it’s a smaller atmosphere with very helpful staff . Shopping nearby and you can walk to most locations. The pool villa was very private and beautiful and the guest infinity pools with view of forest were great . Ubud has lots to offer we regret not staying longer as we moved on to Nusa dua area . I’ll mention it again staff and service was above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again as we are people who don’t stay anywhere twice . See you soon possibly . The Canadians
