Gonna be back to this hotel for sure. We had a great staycation. We experienced kid-friendly, good food, and an easy access hotel in town. The room is very clean, the staffs are very fast response. There is a mall nearby, local night culinary available in this hotel with affordable price. Very nice breakfast, so many choices from western to local culinary such as: nasi jamblang, empal gentong, jamu, salad, fried rice, pop corn, cake & candy, bread, cereal, porridge, juice, coffee, & many more. Additional breakfast for kids: Rp 62.500 (for children 3 - 11 y.o). Swimming pool opens 6 a.m - 6 p.m. Very clean, the staff clean it in the morning before used. There is bubble shower at 9 a.m. Kids are very happy 😊

If you need a very strategic hotel in the city center, Grage is the right choice, bestie. The mall is right in front of the lobby, making it easy to find food, from cheap to fancy. There's also a supermarket in front of the hotel. Public transportation passes in front of the hotel, and the address is easy to find using online transportation services. The train station is close, and the transportation pool is also close. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and security is on duty 24/7.

The Gold King room is spacious and features complete amenities. Although it appears dated, it appears well-maintained, clean, and undamaged. Overall, the hotel facilities are quite good. The swimming pool is quite large, but the gym is very limited. It's located in the same area as Grage Mall, making it easy to find places to eat. The staff are quite friendly and helpful.

The location next to the mall makes it convenient if you get bored at the hotel; you can go to the mall to grab food or shop. The rooms are also very spacious, with large bathtubs. The biggest issue is parking; if there's an event at the hotel, the parking lot can get quite crowded.

I stayed in a silver executive room. The room was spacious with a smart TV. The bathroom was also spacious with a bathtub. It's in the same neighborhood as the mall. Parking wasn't difficult. The food was so-so. A few things to note about the hotel: 1. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell. It seemed like the air conditioning wasn't well-maintained. 2. There were no complimentary snacks in the room, unlike hotels across the street at the same price. 3. The complimentary water was also from an unknown brand. 4. The towels were yellow/brown. They were dull. They could have been used as floor mats. 4. I found the receptionist's hospitality a bit impolite. They greeted guests sitting down. The same thing happened when checking out. No one stood up to invite guests to sit down.

We booked 2 silver executive rooms on the 3rd floor, the bathroom smelled very bad (the smell of a leaking septic tank pipe made me nauseous) complained to the hotel, only given a fragrance did not solve the problem. The TV had a flat color. Tissues were not filled, the closed position was not ergonomic so it was uncomfortable. Some of the male reception staff were not friendly/helpful, Breakfast was not varied, Food refills took a long time
