Graha Hotel Sragen

One of the hotels in Sragen located in the city center. It's within walking distance to the town square. Parking is ample, and the building is quite nice, although older, but quiet. I stayed on the second floor and booked two rooms with twin and single beds. The air conditioning in room one was really cold, while the other was only cold. The hot water was flowing smoothly, and the bathroom was spacious. The furnishings were old, but everything worked well. There were two bottles of 600ml mineral water, tea, sugar, and coffee, as well as a water heater. The bathroom had a new toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as a sachet of shampoo, and soap attached to the bathroom wall. There were two towels, clean but with a slightly musty odor. The TV was difficult to turn on for a while, but it was fixed immediately after reporting it. I left the key in the room and had to ask the staff to open it. The staff was friendly, but the floor outside was a bit dusty, but the room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. A pleasant stay

The cleanliness of the bed was okay, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped, the bathroom was especially...dirty.

Bed and room: dirty and dusty, equipment such as lights and TV are broken, the wash basin and tap in the bathroom are broken.

In the same class as a 300+ hotel, the place really gives you goosebumps.

D here, the service is the best, the service is friendly, but the facilities are an old hotel, so there are many parts that are not so good

The hotel room is spacious, the hot water running perfectly, the ac was comfortable, however no frigde in the room, and the beds need to replace already. The spring system is weak already.

Many buildings were damaged. Smelly bathroom. The window could not be closed but was blocked by tissue.

Old hotel but so far so good if just spending the night is not a holiday destination.

Kamarnya besar, harga bersaing, kebersihan cukup, lokasi strategis.

Kamar mandi kurang bersih, wastafel bocor, sarapan kurang.

I like the room, there is 1 who doesn't like it, the tv in the room is not clear, so I can't enjoy relaxing in the room.

The smell of the room, especially the pillows, smelled like cigarettes, the smell of the toilet drain.

The hotel is new and clean… First experience staying in this hotel but ok bgtt 👍

Selama saya pakai aplikasi, baru sekali ini saya amat sangat kecewa dengan Graha Hotel Sragen, check in dikasih kamar 307, air panas tidak keluar dan AC tidak dingin. Lalu dipindah ke kamar 301. Air panas keluar, tapi AC tidak dingin juga. Dan parahnya kamar sangat kotor, tempat tidur, seprei debunya tebal dan lorongnya sangat kotor dan banyak puntung rokoknya. Padahan dari staff nya cukup ramah, tapi hotelnya kotor. Sekali ini saja saya menginap di Graha Hotel Sragen.

Friendly service but the air conditioner is not cold enough and the bathroom is not clean. The breakfast menu is less varied. But the food is delicious. The hotel is close to the Sragen square.

Recommended buat yang di Sragen ini nyaman.

The pandemic has changed everything. It used to be a cool graha hotel. Now. Enough to sleep. Of course there are many things that need to be fixed. Starting from ac. Bathroom. Room. Fortunately, the employees have unlimited totality. Every complaint is always handled swiftly.
