When I wanted to check in, before checking in, the electricity had been turned off, even though it was checked in at 11 o'clock, but at 9:30 it was already off and there was no prior communication and my child was crying because it was hot.

This was caused by the negligence of our staff who should always check the power token in the room. We apologize for this error and will improve it in the future.

Up sip lah ya, the atmosphere is suitable for all ages, the environment is South Jakarta class, strategic reach and accommodated with the aesthetics of the red earth environment which is contoured and shady, the range of choices of facilities and infrastructure is closer to nature and hygienic

Friendly and very responsive staff, spacious and clean rooms plus balcony, refrigerator, dining table with 4 chairs, fragrant towels, hot water flowing. Toiletries only shampoo sachets and soap, no toothpaste. Recommended.

The security and staff service makes it really happy to stay here, friendly, helpful, the shortcomings here are covered by the service team which makes it really comfortable. Please, all the staff are toppppp. The room is really spacious, there is a refrigerator too, comfortable.
