It was a very pleasant experience staying at Grand Central Premiere Hotel Medan! It's located in City Center where we can easily go to famous places. Since I was there at Ramadhan, my breakfast moved to Sahur, and the food taste was also great. However, it would be perfect if the food variety could be improved.

Pertama kali stay di sini dan sangat rekomendasi, mulai dari kamarnya yang bersih, luas, dan area koridor yang wangi. Staff pada saat check in di-escort sama Ibu Liza, sangat ramah dan proses reservasi juga dibantu sama Ibu Winda yang sangat membantu. Ke sini stay sekalian iftar, dan makanan di iftar juga bervariasi dan enak. Sempat ada beberapa kendala pada saat booking tempat iftar karena ada kesalahan nama, tapi akhirnya terselesaikan juga dan langsung didatangi salah satu Director of HR untuk meminta maaf dan memastikan semuanya ok. Salut dengan pelayananannya yang ramah. One of the best Hotel in Medan.

The rooms are quite large, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom is also clean. Bright lights, cold air conditioning. Breakfast food is very varied and all the menu is delicious. Laundry is also very satisfying. Clean, fragrant, and fast. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit and stay here again. Good luck and thank you.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was that on the last day of my stay, the noise from the club upstairs was very disturbing... The breakfast was delicious and the menu was varied. Unfortunately, during my stay for several days, the egg stall wasn't open until 7:00. They said it was only available after 7:00. For business guests, they must leave by 7:00.

the room is very cozy but due to the location of Amavi bar lounge at the rooftop, sometimes the music sound from that bar penetrates and is heard in the hotel room.

don't u ever book this hotel if u need some good silent and peace rest. never ever..find other trust me it's a VERY VERY VERY noisy hotel with this KTV activity during late night till morning. i write this this review at 1.00am at 5th floor (the KTV is at 11th and 12nd floor)... and you still can hear the big bang of loud music till my 5th floor. the lady receptionist is also awful.. she makes me really upset when said during my check in that KING DELUXE is ONLY at 10th floor which is very noisy during midnight coz those KTV is active. and KING DELUXE don't have non smoking room available ever..... all KING DELUXE is smoking room and very noisy at 10th only. she change my room to 5th floor with seperate twin bed which is awful coz is cheaper at this app and said the hotel rate is the same and never said anything about compensation coz room price difference.. she said only differ is on this app.... such a big f lie. room is not bad coz is kinda new and downtown. but still it's really not your kinda hotel if u want some peace and silent rest. better find other better hotel than this one. trust me on this bad experience with this one. i will never come back. still lots of way better than this one.. I'll consider to check out tomorrow and find other better hotel to rest. booked for 2 night but only stay for 1 night. it's really awful, my rest is way more important than keep staying at this awful noisy hotel.

The room was buzzing, so I couldn't sleep soundly. The pool was clean. The breakfast had a wide selection, but the taste was standard. The staff were friendly. Free welcome drink at the bar... It was a new experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and felt new. There was an alarm on the door if it wasn't locked properly. Oh yeah, besides that.

The location is superb - very convenient to Medan's city centre. The beds, room, bathroom were clean and comfortable. It may not be completely soundproof, but acceptable. I have a good sleep in all my nights there. Value for money, will come again if I visit Medan.
