We're family with kids, staying at this hotel for three nights, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly strategic – right in the city center, making it easy to get around and close to many restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions such as Surabaya Zoo, Submarine Monument, Heroes' Cemetery, and etc.
The room was spacious, spotless, well-maintained and equipped with adequate facilities. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, they have microwave in the rooms!
Overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The view of the city of Surabaya from our rooms was truly beautiful.
The breakfast was good, with a variety of options available each day.
What stood out the most was the excellent service!
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, and during breakfast time- everything went smoothly and professionally.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and top-quality service in the city center. Surely will come back!

Likes:
1. A very strategic hotel in the heart of Surabaya city center.
2. Bungkul Park is directly in front of the hotel. On Sunday mornings, the CFD is very busy, with lots of vendors, lots of food, and people exercising.
3. The hotel rooms are spacious (executive suites) and the windows are large, so you get a great view of Surabaya. Don't forget to ask for the top floor (the 12th floor).
4. All the staff are very friendly ❤
5. Valet parking.
6. There's a food stall in front of the hotel yard (owned by the hotel), priced at 350,000 Rupiah per couple.
7. Room amenities are excellent.
8. Free minibar, except for the 1,500L bottle of Vit mineral water, which costs 20,000 Rupiah.
9. Hairdryer available.
Criticisms:
1. I stayed in an executive suite. The room had a refrigerator. When I opened it, I found some hair. Please pay close attention to cleaning.
2. The bathroom floor is slippery in the corners. Please scrub it, as I'm afraid children/elderly people might slip.
3. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast menu is not very varied.
4. The room's AC is noisy. It seems to be an old one. Hopefully, it can be replaced.
