the location is easy to reach. the hotel staff are friendly. the taste of food is good. and what I loved is there is live music at night. so u still can enjoy the vacation if u can't go out of hotel. my family n I love to stay in this hotel.

I really really enjoyed staying here. The price is affordable, the cleanliness and comfort are also there, the staff are friendly, the room is nice, the furniture is also new. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and it's delicious. The hotel staff is friendly, the bathroom is clean, but if it's a bit late around 8 am and above, there's no hot water anymore, it's the same at night, the water isn't very hot. The smell of the cooking pierces the heart, entering the room. Then... this is my 3rd time there, but this time, I got a room that was quite damp, because there were lots of water marks on the walls (wet) and on the ceiling above the window. Room 207. Then the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, because they looked like they had lots of signs of use like yellow spots and traces of liquid, the walls were dirty. The seating (chair) part already felt like the wood of the seat. The rest was still okay, still very cold, The morning view was beautiful, From the 3rd floor terrace, the chicken soto was really delicious to eat at night when the weather was cold.

Friendly staff, strategic location, everything is okay, but because it is located on the roadside, the sound of vehicles enters the room only if the view is of the parking lot, but if the view is of the swimming pool, it is better.

The hotel makes me comfortable and my child feels at home here, the place is nice, close to road access, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the staff at the hotel are also friendly, the food menu is complete and delicious, the restaurant service is also friendly.

This is my second time staying here with a friend, but this time it was a bit disappointing. There were 3 cockroaches and their children in my friend's room. So my friend asked to move rooms, and they were allowed. At breakfast, everything was delicious, but the fried rice had a fairly large egg shell. We were given a large omelet as an apology. Thank you, I hope your next staycation is memorable.

I've been to this hotel many times, but yesterday I wasn't satisfied, even though I invited three friends to stay here. Instead, I got a room with damaged items, and my friends didn't have mineral water in the room. Indomie reviews are available every day, but yesterday the information was only available on weekends. So it wasn't suitable.

All the staff are very friendly, booking is very easy on Traveloka, just state your name as you would and show your ID card. The location is close to the road, the view is very beautiful and can be enjoyed from the upper balcony, there is no AC but it is still cool, breakfast is included, it is perfect for a staycation.

First time staying here, the location is very strategic and the service is very top, I checked in at 9 pm and was served well, for the deluxe room type it is not too spacious but okay, a bit noisy from vehicles but it's okay so it's not very quiet lol, the breakfast is overall okay and quite varied, I really like the roasted potato and spaghetti, the view is beautiful from the balcony, great👍👍👍

The check-in process was easy, the room was not air-conditioned but the air was already very cold, the cleanliness was good, but the downside was that the water in the bathroom stagnated, maybe the concept was a dry bathroom, but the kids sometimes like to bathe and play in the water and the water stagnated up to the bathroom door area... but overall I was satisfied.
