It's rare for a hotel to ask about any issues encountered during your stay upon check-out. I had no regrets, even when there were issues in the room, the staff resolved them. Hopefully, the service will continue to be excellent, both at the front desk and in the facilities. And if we have the opportunity to return to Banjarbaru again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

When I checked in, the room was still not ready, even though I had booked it 2 days in advance. It was past the check-in time. I was told to wait again, and it took 45 minutes for the room to be ready.

1. When I was about to pour hot water, the kettle broke, so the water fell on my hand, which was very dangerous.
2. The bathroom walls were dirty, some of them covered in moss. I could clean them with my hands, not with anything hard/sticky.
3. The toilet seat was scrubbed clean by the customer service. The area under the seat was completely black, and it was very visible when I entered the bathroom.
4. Oh yeah, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. If you're greedy and take a lot, it's bound to go to waste because the taste is far from what it looks like.
5. The TV connection was also down and the kids couldn't watch YouTube. Even though the technician fixed it, the TV went back to being broken.
I don't have any photos because I was hesitant to give a review. Maybe if the checkout staff had asked about satisfaction, I would have told them straight away.
The rest of the room was good, especially since it was directly accessible to the mall, which was really convenient. If I'm not mistaken, I was on the 4th floor, room 46, right at the end of the street.
