The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

The hotel was okay, the location was okay, and the staff was okay. But, it just wasn't our day. Checked in after getting wet in the rain. After showering and changing, the AC leaked, leaving the floor wet, and we had to wait about 40 minutes for repairs. In the morning, I woke up and the bathroom door was locked. Afterward, the TV wasn't working properly; all channels were off. At check-out, one of the elevators was under maintenance, so it took a while to get up and down with our luggage. But overall, it was okay, but we just seemed unlucky.

The hotel staff was very friendly and quick, I left my things after checking out, when I went to get them again... it was raining heavily outside, so they brought me plastic to cover my suitcase so it wouldn't get wet 👍👍 It's just a shame that the wifi network is still not fully connected.

Points for improvement: - Hot water is not optimal. - Close to the bus parking lot, sometimes noisy.

I chose this hotel because it was very close to the station, the intention was to check up my child and also have a vacation. At first, the FO check-in was good but not very friendly, so it seemed stiff. I took 2 connecting rooms, 1 room I occupied for the coffee maker was not working, luckily in the other room it was working well, plus the wifi was very slow (maybe in the future it can be double-checked before guests check in "the facilities in the room are okay"). At night my child couldn't sleep, because the loud bang ...

The hotel staff is friendly and fast, but unfortunately the swimming pool is only open until 4 PM in the afternoon. So if you just checked in and want to swim, you are only given 2 hours. Close access to the station and souvenir centers such as Primarasa, Mayasari, Kartika Sari, Tjuankie Station, etc. Next time, I will stay here again. Unfortunately, the hotel only provides one slipper and even then it cannot be used outside the hotel unless you pay IDR 60,000. Hopefully, the hotel can provide slippers that can be used outside the hotel.

The location is very convenient, right in front of Bandung Station, just cross the street. There's Burger Bangor right in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always offer assistance. The rooms are clean, with cool air conditioning, a clean bathroom with a hot shower, and a hairdryer. The food is delicious, especially the chicken porridge.
