The hotel staff was okay, it was okay... it was just a shame that the room was dirty with lots of sand and the bathroom tub was also dirty and empty. Because I had booked online and was really tired from the long journey, I forced myself to go in and clean up by myself.

The hotel is comfortable, despite its old and simple appearance. The room keys are manual, but the rooms are very spacious, with balconies overlooking the street. The food is delicious, though simple. The only downside is the cleanliness of the rooms; the floors are still a bit dirty, so I had to sweep them myself. However, the hotel staff are friendly, even though they are quite elderly men.

The location of the residence is across the beach but in a big wave area, 1 km to the Pasir Putih tourist area, family friendly, lots of kids, 2 rooms with front door access and back door access to the garden, the garden is recommended for evening gatherings.

location across the beach, so just walk a little bit to play in the sand. Between 3 buildings there is an Indomaret, easy to buy snacks. But yesterday there was a noisy tenant strumming until night. Hopefully the hotel team can discipline tenants like that

Overall comfortable, but unfortunately for the family room type there is no dispenser. The food is delicious, satisfying. Next time I will definitely stay here again. To the beach, just cross the road.

Stayed during super peak season, the room price was 3X overpriced, the quality: No hot water. Almost no water for bathing. A bucket was provided to collect water. I was really annoyed by cockroaches.

Bad experience, lokasi kamar bukan di grand tirta hotel tetapi disebelahnya. Saat pilih kamar tertulis ada AC namun kenyataannya kamar panas tidak ada ac hanya ada kipas angin secuil! Saat komplain tidak ada solusi dari mereka dan tidak bisa refund. Benar-benar pengalaman buruk dengan hotel ini. Kasur juga tidak nyaman dan sudah reyot! Kamar mandi dapatnya wc jongkok. Hati-hati jika pilih kamar yang classic tanpa ada foto. Harga mahal okelah tapi tidak sesuaii dengan ekspektasii, bahkan tidak mendekati dengan standard dari nama hotelnya.
