The check-in process was smooth and fast. During our stay, it rained heavily in the afternoon. Water suddenly dripped near the hotel window. It might be able to be fixed. Luckily, only the area around the window was wet because of the drip. The service was good and the staff were friendly.

After the room was cleaned, there were no towels. When I asked the receptionist to deliver towels, they weren't delivered until check out. 🙏
The soap and shampoo couldn't come out of the bottles because the bottle hoses didn't reach the end.

The location is good, not too far from the big mall in West Jakarta, the food is also good overall, but in my opinion there are not many variations and in terms of room cleanliness, I think it is very lacking, considering that the room I stayed in had carpet and the type of sofa was also fluffy so it was very dusty, hopefully in the future it will be better. The room is big, cool, the hotel is located in the city center, next to the hotel there is a minimarket, there is also a mini fridge in the room, it is clean, free parking, the staff are friendly, and the service is really good.
