It's been my third times had staycation with my family in this hotel, The staff really friendly, they implemented covid 19 protocol, the room really spacious with Bogor City view, mountain and trees is everywhere, it feels like you were in the middle of jungle with comfortable place and huge swimming pool. The view is good, but we need to pay attention to the commitment to non-smoking rooms, because the people next to us were smoking and the smell of smoke reached our room. Overall, the hotel is good.

Check in took a long time, when checking in they asked for a deposit while other guests weren't asked for it, which was strange. The extra bed didn't match the photo, the mattress was short. There were no slippers, only 2 towels but they didn't give me 1 even though they said they would charge me for 3 people, they only gave me 2 dental kits, the food wasn't varied, the AC was leaking, and the underbed was dirty. Please improve it.

The hotel is nice, quiet, cool, with a view of Mount Salak, and the view is really cool. The swimming pool is cool. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is refilled very quickly. The only downside is that access to the hotel from Bogor city is a bit difficult. Otherwise, it's very good.

The parking lot is spacious... but there is no security to direct guests so they have to find their own parking. The food is good, it never runs out, when it runs out it is immediately refilled by the staff.

Yes, it's not bad for that price.. the sheets are not clean enough, there are stains.. the plugs are too far and only a few are hard to plug in firmly and sometimes the electricity goes in sometimes it doesn't seem loose. Green forest is only open on Sundays, I thought it could be used every day and paid 35k LOTS OF MOSQUITOES so if I go there, I'll use Autan first.. the breakfast is just so-so, few choices. The worst thing is the TV.. it often has no signal, the channels disappear, I have to call a technician, and maybe it can be replaced with a smart TV..

1. Privacy in the room was very limited, with people walking back and forth on the balcony in front of the room, even though there was a sign prohibiting access to the balcony. 2. The water faucet was broken, with only a shower available. 3. Loud noise from the upstairs room during bedtime. 4. The bath towels smelled like they hadn't dried.

I stayed in a room on the 12th floor. The view was amazing, with a stunning view of Mount Gede Pangrango and Mount Salak. The city lights were especially impressive at night. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained, making it a perfect staycation. Unfortunately, after swimming in the pool, my skin felt a bit itchy, and my eyes also felt sore after diving. The water cleanliness might need to be reconsidered. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, but the donuts and sponge rolls were delicious. Overall, my stay was pleasant, especially with the room and the view. I'm so satisfied. I'll definitely be back.

The room has a side view of the mountains. I ordered a twin bed because I brought my child. I thought the other bed would fit 2 people, so I ended up sleeping cramped with my husband. The breakfast was not very varied. Overall, the staff was friendly and the security guard outside was very helpful.

I saw previous reviews of people who were dissatisfied with the food menu, I tried to stay here for a night, hoping that the menu had been upgraded, but it turned out to be THE SAME. I asked for room service for additional coffee and sugar in the room, from 7 am until I checked out, it was not delivered, can't trust this. For a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ star hotel label, I think the facilities and comfort are far from a 4 star hotel, even for a 3 star hotel it still needs an upgrade and please, give a warning to those staying to keep noise down at night, because when I stayed, group guests were going back and forth, running around, chatting and shouting at their children in the hallway, it was very disturbing,
