Incomplete facilities in the room There are no towels, water heaters. Lack of employee knowledge about the hotel itself. Hopefully it will be fixed next time.

Kamarnya bagus, tapi sayangnya kebersihan gak dijaga. Saat menginap kamar kotor, kasur kotor dan bau, sarung bantal pun bau bekas orang pakai, selimut baunya naudzubillah, handuk juga bau dan kotor, sampah dimana mana. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi kebersihan dan kenyamanan customer.
