The lights are too dim, many walls are peeling, dirty sheets are not changed and make you itchy, the only plus point is the strategic location. For Grhatama please take Front One Cabin or Prime Gejayan as an example, your prices are the same, the location is strategic but the room conditions are very different.

2019 came here to stay for a few days because it was nice and comfortable, now the room is far from comfortable, musty and moldy, it's a shame.

Kamar bersih, staff-nya ramah, kamar mandi bersih. Minus AC-nya engga bisa dikecilkan jadi agak beku. Untuk akses mobil mau masuk gang di atas jam 12 malam, gang sudah di portal jadi musti cari jalan lain untuk akses masuk ke guest house. Selebihnya sudah oke.

I make this criticism to be taken into consideration for travelers. I get a price of 400 thousand for peak season. Which in my opinion with the existing room conditions is very irrational. The room conditions are damp, the lighting is very poor because there are only 2 yellow lights, the wall paint is already bubbling/moldy which indicates it is indeed damp, the bathroom has no exhaust and lots of mothballs (which certainly indicates there are often lots of insects), the room ceiling has lots of leak marks , the sound from outside the room can also be heard clearly. The photos of the rooms shown in the ad are very inconsistent with the actual conditions. There have been several other travelers who have shared photos of the actual condition of their rooms. I've had time to read reviews from other people and I think they are listening to criticism by doing renovations or something because the criticism from other travelers has been quite a while. But in fact there is no improvement. Only 1 hour after checking in, and I immediately looked for another inn and immediately checked out. The location is actually very strategic, and equipped with ample parking. The receptionist is actually quite friendly. So if you are not familiar with the room conditions that I mentioned above, it would be wiser to choose another inn. But if you feel fine, please try. Without reducing respect, I made the review above not to badmouth the facility, but only want to help others not be disappointed.

Very clean, tidy and comfortable place. Very comfortable. There is only one drawback: for those who bring a car it will be difficult to get in and out at night because the access road to the hotel is on the portal at night. But for travelers who don't bring a vehicle, this place is super duper worthy!
