With a cost per night of over 500 thousand, what I got didn't feel right. The TV doesn't show any broadcasts. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom or cupboard. The cupboard door almost came off/fell when it was moved. The window cannot be closed tightly. And I got 2 rice breakfast wraps with the same menu.

Compared to other hotels in the vicinity, this one is quite overpriced. I got a very very simple room with an even simpler bathroom, which was not clean, and the breakfast was warm water with a little portion"Nasi Aceh Kas". Staff is friendly but prefers to play and talk instead of cleaning rooms/bathrooms and prepare breakfast.

I booked for 2 deluxe rooms the most expensive for 3 nights. But because my arrival was delayed by a day (I had informed the receptionist beforehand) it turned out that my room was given to someone else. Until it was time to check in the next day only 1 room was available. I was kind enough to give leeway because I happened to be looking for food, I said please make sure until 5 pm, the room is available. When I typed back, the room wasn't available either. When I confronted, suddenly the receptionist offered me a room that had just been vacant due to check out. The receptionist said it had been cleaned, but in fact the room provided had not been cleaned, the bathroom, toiletries and doormats were not available. Bad service, rooms are traded even though under reservation, rooms are cleaned arbitrarily, very bad and disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here. There are still many other inns in Banda Aceh whose receptionists are polite, don't cheat and are equipped with better facilities (there is no lift here, less recommend for guests with heavy suitcases or carrying small children).

It is a hotel-cafe and it’s worth for money...the location is nearby many restaurants, so you can just choose whatever you want to eat. You need to climb stairs to reach at your room but dint worry because the staff will help you to carry your luggage.
