The hotel staff was very friendly when serving customers. A small suggestion would be to provide tissues in the room area. Because yesterday there were no tissues in the room area. Tissues were only available in the bathroom area. Overall, all services and facilities were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm really satisfied... I didn't get charged for break fast either, ahhh I'm so happy, I took the package that included massage, but I was just confused about the massage, it said 60 minutes, but it seems like yesterday it was only 50 minutes 😅😅

I like the ambience and it has direct access to mall. The room is spacious and nice. The facilities also complete.
But the parking lot is hard to get. Maybe because it's sharing with the mall, the hotel doesn't have dedicated parking area.
But above all that, it's really a great experience staying here. Thank you Harris 👍

I'm really satisfied... I didn't get charged for break fast either, ahhh I'm so happy, I took the package that included massage, but I was just confused about the massage, it said 60 minutes, but it seems like yesterday it was only 50 minutes 😅😅

I like the ambience and it has direct access to mall. The room is spacious and nice. The facilities also complete.
But the parking lot is hard to get. Maybe because it's sharing with the mall, the hotel doesn't have dedicated parking area.
But above all that, it's really a great experience staying here. Thank you Harris 👍

First time staying here because it's just a step away from home😁 The kids are quite happy to be able to swim and the fitness facilities are quite complete.. For breakfast, there are many variations and the staff are friendly.. Thank you Harris Bekasi🙏
