I'll just list the improvements, but other than that, everything else is fine (Cabin+6a): - The wind noise was very noticeable, like a car (due to the strong coastal breeze). - No shampoo was provided, and I only realized this when I was about to shower in the morning. - The ceiling access door suddenly opened, perhaps due to the air circulation coming through the ceiling? - There was only one doormat. Hotels with private pools usually provide two, one for the toilet and one for the pool. - The card access wasn't very sensitive.

The hospitality is great, and I hope it can be maintained. Everything else is good and could be further improved to keep customers loyal and returning to Heha. Since the area is a bit far from the city, it's recommended to stay more than two nights to ensure a satisfying experience and less fatigue. Heha management could also offer additional spa services.

A few times there are outage happened and air con was warm during the day time especially in the afternoon. expect the place to be at the country side. However, since the hotel located at the cliff, the scenery was great during the sunset.
