Yang berkesan di hotel ini, kebersihannya, setiap lantai disediakan dispenser, sarapan-nya enak semua. Petugas yang cekatan dan ramah. Yang mau jalan-jalan lihat sentra kue subuh ada di samping dan mal atrium ada di depan. Pokoknya oke banget.

I had to catch early train so I booked the hotel because it's the closest accommodation to Pasar Senen train station with reasonable price, and I actually quite enjoyed it. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room itself is clean, new, and very eco-friendly. The soap dispenser leaked and it's quite a struggle to slide the bathroom door, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would like to come back next time I need a quick transit place.

Comfortable place to stay. Every time we stay in Jakarta, we always stay here because of the friendly service from the staff and security, as well as fast check in and check out. Yesterday we happened to arrive early, but we were allowed to wait and leave our belongings at the hotel. Thank you HI Hotel, HI Hotel is the best ❤️

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is also quite comfortable and soft. The AC is very cold. The water heater works. The food is quite tasty and plentiful. However, it's a bit lacking for kids. Those who don't like vegetables or spicy food should bring their own or try cup noodles.

Plus: fast check in and check out, friendly and helpful staff, nice view (we got 16th floor room), very close to Pasar Senen station, free refill drinking water from the water dispenser provided on each floor.
Minus: bathroom door needs repair, bath towels urgently needs to be changed.

For budget hotel, the room space, price and location are good. Bed is comfortable, high floor with good view, desk for working, sufficient light. Only on my first day, I found baby cocroach crossing my bathroom. 2nd day, it all clean. it would be good if you provide more divider between shower and washtafel to keep dryness in washtafel area.
