There no towel, no wifi, as mentioned. The bed is extremely hard rock. Faucet water is barely working, heat water also just have small amounts. Even though the staff is nice, the room is good, ambience is okay but the facility just un match with hotel name

The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean, but there are so many cockroaches. There’s no odor or anything, but the number of cockroaches is surprising. They’re everywhere. Please address this issue and mitigate it with camphor or mothballs. Other than that, everything is fine. I’m just wondering where all these cockroaches are coming from.

The location is very strategic, close to ITB and behind the Dago Suites apartment. The rooms are very spacious, have TVs, and are clean. It's worth the price, even without Wi-Fi.

You get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep, this hotel is okay. This was my second time staying here. Usually, they provide towels, but this time there weren’t any. Also, the sink pipe was leaking

In the morning there was no water, when I was taking a shower suddenly the water stopped coming out, so I rinsed it with mineral water, an absurd experience sob.. Hopefully it will be fixed again, admin, thank you 🙏🏻

The surroundings make us feel really relaxed and calm. Very nice place and close to minimarkets, easy to shop for daily needs. Also, there is a laundry nearby. Easy to get food, there are cafes nearby.

The people at the front office were very unfriendly, I won't be going there again. There were no basic things that should be in a hotel, such as towels and mineral water. There was no soap in the bathroom.
