This hotel is good for travelers who need access to the City Center of Surabaya. The staff is really friendly and they made sure your bookings come with the best result they can provide. Another thing is that the food is really tasty and delicious.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

The room is nice and quite spacious. The bathroom partition is a bit see-through, so when someone takes a shower, the silhouette can be seen. If you want a connecting room, there’s an extra charge (this is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy). The staff are friendly, but the security guard is a bit less welcoming. Parking space is limited. The location is close to Rawon Setan and the mall.

The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are comfortable enough for a family. The only thing that is lacking is the receptionist during the curfew between 8 PM and 8 PM, so when I wanted to get the room key, I had to wait quite a long time.
Maybe there is not enough people at the reception who have to be on standby.

I was very helpful with the staff at reception. By mistake, I was double-booked because my boss had also booked a room for me. The staff at reception helped me cancel my boss's booking. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the staff member's name.

The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are comfortable enough for a family. The only thing that is lacking is the receptionist during the curfew between 8 PM and 8 PM, so when I wanted to get the room key, I had to wait quite a long time.
Maybe there is not enough people at the reception who have to be on standby.
