As expected, friendly, when we arrived at the new location it was a little past 1, but after the room was ready we were invited to check in, no need to wait until 2, so we could rest and really provide comfort for guests who came from far away.. I love Horison even more wherever Horison is 😊😇

Overall, I was satisfied. The room was spacious. The mountain view, the balcony, and the breakfast were satisfying. The staff were friendly. I'd love to return someday.
However, the cafe upstairs was very slow in serving due to the limited number of chefs and room service orders. This meant that diners couldn't enjoy the family atmosphere when dining together, as orders arrived in batches. It was like eating alone. It made me feel less moody while dining. We recommend that management consider having a backup chef available during peak hotel occupancy times.

So far, it's been a comfortable two-night stay. The only thing we need to pay attention to is the bathroom drain, which takes a while to drain during showers. We need to add more breakfast options to ensure a varied menu. We need to install a canopy in the parking lot to protect vehicles from rain and heat, and we need to make sure the access road to the parking lot is protected from rain.

The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, the design is comfortable, the cleanliness is very well maintained, the breakfast has a wide selection and is delicious.
Hopefully, other facilities like the swimming pool and gym will be completed soon. I want to come back again next time 😁

The most beautiful hotel in Dieng with views of the surrounding mountains if you go up to the rooftop on the 6th and 7th floors. I happened to be staying here with my family. The room was quite comfortable, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. In front of the hotel there is a Padang restaurant and an Indomaret. The breakfast was also delicious, with a varied menu. The hotel is quite spacious 👍🏻

The view is very nice, the service is good, but it's a bit difficult to contact the hotel by phone, no one picks up the phone even though we want information about the hotel. If you go to Dieng from Jakarta, it's better to go via Bawen Semarang, the road is better

Good hotel location, the staffs are so kind , helpful and polite. suggestion for the male receptionist to be more attentive and kind.

the view from the balcony is cool, everything is ok. even though it doesn't use AC, it's still cool in the room.
maybe chairs can be added to the balcony to make it more comfortable to enjoy the view.
far from the city of Wonosobo, but next to the resort there is an Indomaret and a complete restaurant.

The location and view from the top of the hotel are okay, you can still see Mount Sindoro, the hotel is also very spacious. The only thing that is not good is the toilet, the room is too small, the shower and toilet area are small, so the water gets wet everywhere.

- staff friendliness
minus:
- all wet area at bathroom due to Floor drain is under the washbasin, the position is not proper, as it should be under shower area on the corner
- too many trip hazard potential due to varies level difference.
- no accesibility i.e lift/ramp from guestroom to the restaurant for elder, baby stroller, & wheelchair.
- No outdoor view from bedroom, it’s both facing the corridor/indoor.
- staff service takes too long for order food
- variey of breakfast is ok but taste so-so. nothing’s special.
