When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered the reception area was damaged, leaking, and rundown, and the water in the pool wasn't hot. I decided not to stay, wasting my money and being disappointed.

Just a wrong date means you have to upgrade. The hotel owner isn't even very friendly, even if the staff below him are very friendly. The room looks like an abandoned room, full of cobwebs, and the bathroom isn't child-friendly. It's so ugly, I really regret it.

"just for sleeping" not bad for those who are late, I only stayed for one night, the price is very cheap, remember not to expect it like other hotels, this is an old hotel, the toilet is clean but the closet is old so it is yellowing underneath, the water is fresh, there is a soaking pool but it is cold, it is not bad there is a children's slide area, if this hotel is renovated it can still compete with other hotels

Canceled stay, just checked in 10 minutes and checked out. The room smelled musty, the bathtub was filled with cold water. No TV, the door was hard to open. Very neglected.

The schedule was for a 2-day stay. With the children's family. The plan was to have some entertainment. Ehh- it turned out we had already checked out after 1 day. The bathroom was dirty, the clean water was disrupted. There was no hot water. It was a mess, the management was destroyed*

It's a shame if it is managed well, the facilities are normalized, no need to be good but just fit with the names of hotels, broken ladles, plastic cups, towels that are cut like floor mats, no soap, the most important thing is the mattress, oh it hurts your back, we go there wanting to rest comfortably but instead our bodies ache because of the protruding mattress springs, the mattress is already broken, the hot water is like being provided at the B. Rta inn. This is just input for the management and the owner, please pay attention.

Kamar mandi kotor banget, banyak semut. Bau, handuknya sangat jelek sekali gak ada perawatan. Ada air minum galon untuk semua kamar. Kamar 20 lampu depannya mati, seprai nya jelek, kasur keras bgt. Semoga menjadi perhatian manejemen hotel.

Be careful booking a hotel here. Payment via online gets you a stuffy room upstairs. If you want to move downstairs you have to pay an additional fee. The room smells and is stuffy. There is no fan or air conditioning.

Untuk backpacker kayak kita ini termasuk nyaman ya. Untuk yang di aplikasi ini kamar paling murah ekonomi 2. Makannya kita upgrade ke ekonomi 1 tambah 100 ribu dapet kamar ada TV nya. Kamarnya bersih. Hanya saja ada noda darah entah lipstick di tembok dekat kasur. Tembok kamar mandinya hanya setengah badan jadi kalo mandi atau buang air bisa keliatan. Pelayanannya ramah. Air panasnya memang kurang panas karena mungkin sedikit jauh dari wilayah sumber air panas tapi untuk saya pas.
