The service is friendly, the room is clean, the water heater doesn't work, the water stays cold, not hot/warm, on Traveloka there is a statement that breakfast is free but until 7 o'clock no one delivered or knocked on the door for breakfast

The hot water was not hot or even warm. Breakfast is very lightly spread chocolate spread on toast and a cup of tea which we had to go to the reception to ask for it, from the 3rd floor down stairs as no lift, across the car park to reception and back. The name of the hotel gives the impression of having a restaurant on site. No it doesn't! Wi-Fi not installed. No phone in the room to contact reception. Mosquitoes in the room. Could smell cigarette smoke from other guests smoking in the corridor. On a positive note, the staff were very pleasant. Location: not much around. I am sorry but not good enough.
