The price is very affordable, and the room cleanliness is well-maintained. The hotel is also connected to Ciputra Mall, if you need anything from the grocery stores, just 1 minute away.

What a great and kindly staff, even though it was a busy time during the long weekend. My children were very happy with the accessibility to the mall and Simpang Lima yard. Thanks a lot also for upgrading the room during my holiday. Hopefully, the next rooms can be completed with smart/Google TV 👍

Breakfast was delicious, the location was close to everywhere, next to the mall, and the room was comfortable. When I checked in late and found out that the AC was broken in the deluxe room, I was upgraded to the next room. The management and staff team can maintain and improve the quality of service like this. Thank you.

Despite being an older hotel, it's still a pleasant stay, with excellent, friendly, and homey service. It boasts beautiful views and is directly opposite Semarang's iconic "Simpang Lima," meaning you don't have to walk far for culinary delights.

We had written a request for a non-smoking room in our booking, but when we checked in, we were given a smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was so strong that it stuck to our clothes. Even though we checked in late, we should have kept our non-smoking request.
