I will never come here again. I booked a 3-night stay well in advance, but on the last night I was told to move rooms without the receptionist informing me. Instead, I was suddenly informed by the cleaning staff when I was about to go out to eat. When I arrived at the hotel, my room had been cleaned and there was NO CONFIRMATION/APPROVAL FROM ME. Added to that were the lacking facilities: the bed cover was dirty and had lots of stains, the room was not soundproof, the TV only had 7 channels, the phone was broken, the wifi signal was very poor, the hot water didn't work, and so on. It was okay for the price, but it won't happen a second time😊

Everything else was fine, except the towels were really smelly, and the RFID lock was broken, making it difficult to get in. I had to call the staff to open it. 1. RFID (room lock) was broken. 2. Towels smelled bad.

It's an old building, so it's so-so. The price is cheap. The cleanliness is standard. The hot water works well. The TV isn't a smart TV yet. You get free water refills as much as you like because there's a gallon jug in the hallway in front of the room.

The rest is good, but I'm annoyed that the RFID door lock doesn't work. So I have to go back and forth to the receptionist to ask for the door to be opened. Staying overnight is even more of a hassle hufff... please pay attention to all maintenance... don't ignore the door issue.
