I encountered a discrepancy between the pricing in the Traveloka application and the actual room provided by the hotel. Although I selected an air-conditioned room on the application, the hotel informed me that it was a non-air-conditioned room. As a result, I had to pay additional funds to secure the same amenities advertised on Traveloka. This experience has been quite disappointing and frustrating.

The hotel is quite well maintained and clean with a location on the side of a large and busy road. The rooms facing the main road are very noisy, disrupting the quality of rest: the other rooms are okay (I stayed in 2 rooms with connecting doors). In the morning I found my dirty car, when I checked in that evening it was sparkling clean, thank you, good service.

The room is big, clean, the cashier is soft, cold even though you don't use AC, there is a fan, the bathroom is clean but a bit small, the location of the hotel is on the side of a big road, friendly service, only 5 minutes to the gadang hour.

The place is on the side of the road, easy to find. The rooms are also comfortable like their own home. Some use fans, some have AC too but it's quite cold here. For standard facilities but delicious. The bathroom is also good. At that time staying here got a promo from Traveloka for half the price 🙏🏻
