An old hotel, but quite comfortable and worth it for the price. Yesterday, I got a superior room for 309,000 rupiah per night without breakfast. It had a bathtub, which, although old and peeling, was comfortable enough for soaking. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the pool was also quite nice. It's recommended to swim early in the morning, as it can get quite crowded later in the day.

Take a large Suite room.. but the room facilities are standard. There are no room tissues, you have to get them in the bathroom, it's strange, there's only 1 slipper. It's on the 1st floor, the wifi is terrible, it can't be used! The mattress is soft, the AC is super cold. The large room has a living room + dining room + AC too. This hotel is stingy with tissues.. The staff are all good, the service is okay.. There is a graduation event so take a room here for 4 days and 3 nights

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights for a graduation ceremony. I took a suite and deluxe room on the first floor, so it was close to the parking lot and didn't require a long commute. The hotel is old and has minimal amenities in the room, but it's comfortable and the 4-hour breakfast is quite tasty, and the pastries are also delicious. The staff are all very nice. 😍😍🫰

The room was dimly lit, so the dirty sheets weren't visible. I don't know if the sheets were changed or not. I ordered a deluxe room with a bathtub but was given a standard room without one. The room was in a different building, so I had to cross the village road. The receptionist was very rude, even though she was a man.

Overall, it's okay, but the service needs to be improved. There's only one receptionist and they have to go back and forth checking rooms. They should have added more people, even though the hotel is often full due to frequent business events. Waiting in line for just three people is a huge waste of time. Likewise, the cake vendors in front of the swimming pool are incredibly slow and take forever. They wait for a really long time, and no one shows up even though their friends have called them. If you have a tissue-thin patience, this isn't the place for you. The rooms are old-fashioned, as it's an older hotel, and there are more smoking rooms than non-smoking rooms. Improvements could be made to include more non-smoking rooms, even though the location is already great.

We got it in the back building. And the location is far away, even though it's called Grasia Convention. It shouldn't be called Hotel Grasia, but rather a convention hall, aka a meeting hall. It's separate and far from the lobby, even in a different building. The side is also creepy. The check-in staff was unfriendly.

For the promotional price, it's really worth it. It's a 3-star hotel but the breakfast is delicious. Even on weekdays, the breakfast menu is still taken care of. It could be an option to stay here for those looking for a cheap hotel but with good service.

The first day of swimming, there was no drinking water. Outside guests could drink. The parking lot was empty but could not be used with the excuse that it had been booked by another guest. Even though I was also a guest at this hotel. 4 HR 3 MLM said rent. There was an event at the hotel, hotel guests were told to park behind the building. The driver's license said it had been returned to the owner. It turned out it had not been returned.

The hotel is simple, with a bit of a lack of cleanliness outside, with a lot of trash piled up. The tables inside the rooms are also dusty. However, the food is quite varied for an inexpensive hotel, and the food is delicious. I ordered through Traveloka, but the price was quite high. My friend ordered through another app, and the price difference was around 100,000 rupiah. Hmmm.
