Located just near busy Cikini road. Easy transportation. Nearby to coffeshop and restaurant. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. Near taman Ismail Marzuki. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Grand Alia Cikini for 3 nights. The location is excellent, close to TIM, and there are many culinary options around the hotel, just a short walk away. There's also an Indomaret in front of the hotel, and there's a mosque inside the hotel, which is very comfortable for Friday prayers. There's a swimming pool for children, which is sufficient. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food, delicious food, and good service. I would stay here again if I visit Jakarta.

Pros: Strategic location, free parking, super friendly staff, kid-friendly (Kid's Club and Water Fun), there's a mosque and it's very comfortable (fully air-conditioned), the breakfast menu isn't extensive but it's all delicious. Cons: 1. Cleanliness: There's still a lot of dust in the room. The bottled mineral water in the room was also dusty, and it looked like it hadn't been changed/cleaned. The water in the Water Fun pool also looked like it hadn't been cleaned or replaced. 2. Service is quite slow: We had lunch at the restaurant, ordered only two dishes and two drinks, and our order arrived after about 40-50 minutes (the taste was okay, not great, but not bad). We also asked for empty plates and glasses to be brought to the room, but unfortunately, the service was also quite slow (about 20 minutes). Conclusion: Very suitable for those looking for a place to stay in the Menteng/Cikini area.

For that price, staying at the Gren Alia Cikini Hotel is a great option. Plus, with its mini water park, the kids are sure to be happy. Plus, the hotel is close to the TIM library, so you can enjoy a night at the library just a short walk away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, just a short walk away. Breakfast was pretty standard. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay with the kids.

I'm really happy to stay here, especially if I bring my kids, the room and bed are quite big enough, the room is clean and comfortable, the best and really gong, there is a mini waterboom for the kids, they are very happy because the kids are really happy like in the waterboom with all the games and facilities, the best, next time I will definitely stay here again if I have family needs in the capital.
