The hotel staff at the reception were not very friendly, the room was quite spacious but unfortunately the hot/cold water was not working, maybe it was broken, cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel is dirty, the sheets are stained, the TV and AC remotes are oily. The bathroom is smelly and rusty, the floor is mossy, it's really uncomfortable 🥵

Dirty room floor, bathroom full of ants, badly damaged window, no mirror in the bathroom. Room facilities are very disappointing. Not worth the price with VIP facilities.

For the staff, please be a little friendlier, the first time I came, the guys' faces were really scary. I had just entered and hadn't checked in to the desk and was asked about my high school, the guys said this and that, what were they doing, while their eyes were affecting me, and their voices were shouting at people. Everyone was scared. Just think about what else people would do if they weren't staying overnight. For the room facilities, I swear I felt really uncomfortable, there was still hair in the bathroom and the ceiling was really scary, there was mold, coincidentally the room was on the 3rd floor, so there was water in front of the door because the ceiling was leaking. In my room, there was also water right under the bed. As for the location, it's good, that's all. Thank you
