Firstly, regarding the cockroaches in your room and the overheated air conditioning, we immediately informed you that you should request a room change at reception. Secondly, regarding breakfast, we would like to know if the hotel breakfast caused any health problems. No other guests reported similar issues on that day. Please provide us with details of the incident. Our hotel provides the same breakfast to all guests, and to date, we have not received any complaints regarding health issues or food/beverage quality.
