The place is in the city center. I used to stay here often when my family came to Surabaya, but it seems like it has never been updated, whether it's the pillows, AC, shower, etc., so it's less comfortable to stay here than before.

The room was stuffy and seemed unoccupied for a long time, had a pungent musty smell and was difficult to get parking if the hotel was full and the atmosphere in the room was horrific, the water in the bathroom was murky and black.

I ordered a single room with a fan. The room was very, very narrow, no permanent walls, and no clothes hangers. It smelled really bad of cigarettes even though it said non-smoking, I even had to find my own freshener to cover up the smell. Dirty, there was still trash under the bed. The bathroom was outside but quite clean. The hotel atmosphere was creepy, like it was unoccupied. There were many dark spots. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. Here are some suggestions for improvement from me: - Every time a guest checks out, the entire room is cleaned immediately. - The room should be sprayed with freshener to eliminate the smell of cigarettes! - Please add lights, especially in the prayer room, how can the prayer room be dark? - If there is no closet, at least each room should be provided with a clothes hanger! - It is also recommended that every corner be given an air freshener, I even threw up in the bathroom because I couldn't stand the smell, especially on the 2nd floor. - A bolster should be provided for that price. - Maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom.

As for the facilities, this hotel is in the same class. The parking lot is hot in the afternoon because it expects the west, even for cars parked on the side of the road without any shade at all. 2. There is no lift access, I got to the third floor up and down the stairs were very high. 3. The TV channels are only SCTV and RCTI. 4. The room's tightness is poor because it is only partitioned with plywood. 5. The shower was broken and finally I was forced to shower with the toilet faucet. 6. In the middle of bathing, the water suddenly stopped, I waited a long time, it didn't come out, I complained to the reception, they said they were still filling the water, even though it was already 17 o'clock, the time for people to bathe. 7. When it turns on, all that comes out is hot water, the skin is scalded by hot water. The rest is good, the reception is quite friendly and the sheets are also clean, strategic location. Not a recommendation for those of you who are looking for comfort.
