I've stayed here twice, but both times there were a lot of baby millipedes at night (because I'm afraid of millipedes). Overall, it's good because the location is right in front of Tugu Station. The toilet needs improvement and attention 🙏🙏🙏

It's quite pleasant and strategic, close to Malioboro, and the hotel is unique.

The room was quite comfortable and the rate was quite affordable. It's located right in front of YK train station and has easy access to Malioboro. However, of the two rooms booked, both bathrooms couldn't be locked.

The hotel is quite good and clean according to the price. The AC is cold and the bathroom is also clean. The most that needs to be improved is the wifi which often loses signal and the TV signal. Oh yeah, there needs to be a water heater in each room or a dispenser provided for hotel guests. So that those of us who have traveled far can drink warm water, whether it's just for coffee and others. and when there is free breakfast if you stay more than 1 day, please inform us, so those of us who get free breakfast are not worried about paying 😁

I swear to God this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. In the morning I wanted to take a shower, I wanted to do ablution but the water was off. It was already 7 am and I had an event, so I took a shower in the bathroom at the back, in the warehouse.

Stayed 2x, got the upper room 2x where the water pressure in the shower was impotent and the nozzle looked like it had never been cleaned of scale.

Third stay there. Close to Tugu Station and Malioboro. Only 1 pity, about the water in the bathroom and toilet, the water is very small. Hot water takes a long time to get warm, 40 minutes to wait and only lukewarm, about cleanliness it's ok. The service is also ok, all the ladies and gentlemen are friendly. Please fix the bathroom water!! How come the third stay is still the same with small shower water?

For cleanliness, it is still lacking, the water is very small. There is a water heater but it doesn't work properly. The room should be cleaned every day, it's a hotel. But they said you have to talk first before it's cleaned. In my opinion, it's lacking.

Above the main door, the glass should not be clear glass, because I feel insecure so I cover it with a jacket.

the place is comfortable and very close to the tugu station, you just have to cross already, it's a corner place so if you want to cross, it's a bit difficult. close to Alfamart and Alfamidi. The interior of the hotel is nice, perfect for those who like vintage. make a good photo. I happened to get a room on the 2nd floor, so the view is of the train at Tugu station 😊😊 because the location is near the station, so it's a bit noisy, but it's ok, no problem. The staff is friendly. I got the price of 270 to match the facilities. I want to stay here again if I go to Jogja

The hotel staff was quite responsive in helping to prepare and deliver hot water to the room and also repair the water tap that was not leaking. It needs to be repaired so that the water from the shower can have a stronger spray.

(+) Strategic location in front of Tugu Station, near a minimarket, close to Malioboro. Got breakfast of fried rice & sweet tea from the hotel, even though we booked on Traveloka without breakfast. The rooms are quite spacious. There are lounge chairs available in front of the room for chatting. The hotel atmosphere is calm and not noisy even though it is located on the side of a busy road. You can leave items at the reception before checking in & after checking out. The room AC is cold, the room size is quite spacious. (-) You can't get bottled water in the room, there's no water heater kettle, there's no coffee or sugar for tea either. The drain in the bathroom did not flow smoothly. No hot water in the bathroom. There is a refrigerator in the room but it is not active. There is no cupboard to put clothes. The small hotel parking lot only fits 2 cars and a few motorbikes.

Everything is good according to standard. The room is clean, only the bathroom in room number 15 has a clogged drain. Not provided sadly.
