The hotel staff was very nice, especially those in the lobby. They were super nice and very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go to BPPN. Overall, everything was great 🫶🏻

The check-in process was very effective, it didn't take long for us to enter the room. Our trip was quite far and our child had a tantrum, we were very happy when we arrived and were allowed to check in early so our child could rest. The room was good with an affordable price, all amenities were available although not many, but enough. There were also several choices for breakfast, it didn't disappoint. When checking in, we were given a breakfast voucher for 2 people, and because we have an elementary school-aged child, so when having breakfast our child was charged additionally to enter the restaurant, but the price was more affordable than other hotels. The location is very close to Bekapai Park, walking from the hotel is only 5 minutes, around the hotel there are mini markets, coffee shops, etc. Close if you want to go anywhere. Overall, we had a pleasant experience when staying at Mega Lestari.

The rooms are exactly like in the photo, the mosque is close, Bekapai Park is close, the pool is also good for kids. Near the cinema, and near restaurants. Suitable for family stays, because it is close to everywhere, the mall is close, the sea is close. And definitely fresh air in the morning. God willing, recommended. I asked for a non-smoking room to cool down, but it turned out they were no longer available, so I was given a smoking room. Before I entered, I asked whether the AC was cold or not. The receptionist said it was cold. However, once I was in the room, it turned out the AC wasn't cold anymore. The AC was broken, every time I turned it on, it turned off by itself. The timer on the remote had been deactivated but it still turned off by itself. As an AC technician, I knew very well that the AC was broken. I paid 400++ and was sweating in the room.

The hotel corridors have sofas for relaxing. This was my family's favorite spot during our stay. However, the bathrooms were less than perfect. The toilets and sinks still had yellow stains.

One thing that helped me review this hotel was that the hospitality met hotel standards. What disappointed me was that the mattress, blanket, and chair were dirty, as if they had been washed but still had stains. The bathroom also had many stains, which gave it a scary vibe.

Check in took a while because it was the weekend & there was only 1 receptionist. I've stayed here twice, overall it's not bad. The room is spacious, the atmosphere is comfortable, but the room is not soundproof, the bed sheets/towels seem a bit less clean after washing, and the experience of staying twice was that the bathroom door handle didn't work 😅

The hotel was actually worth it for the price, which was quite affordable. I was assigned a back room and had to climb stairs while carrying a small child and luggage. If I were to come back, I'd probably choose a front room so I could use the elevator. Unfortunately, the app doesn't provide any information about this, so I don't know which rooms have elevators and which don't. The food was okay, and the pool was great, but the stairs were tiring.

We were asked to bring a toothbrush and sugar which were missing from the room, but they didn't come, even though we called them twice. When we were leaving, it seemed like someone came in, but it turned out they brought towels, not what was requested.
