Roomboy named Samiada (Training), very good. Clean and satisfying service. Very friendly and willing to help even offer guest needs very professionally. And this hotel is very strategic. Close to places to eat. In the hotel area there is also Circle ke and Johny Andrean if needed. It seems that everyone is friendly from the reception to the roomboy. The best.

My overall experience during a one-night stay was very enjoyable.
Despite arriving late at night, the front desk staff were courteous and efficient. I requested an extra pillow, which was delivered promptly. The room and bedding were clean, and the rate was very budget-friendly. The location is also excellent.
The only issue I encountered was poor drainage in the shower, causing water to pool until the following day.

The worst experience of my life: staying in the DIRTIEST hotel!!!!! There were worms in the bathroom, cockroaches in the room, mosquitoes, and the bathroom was covered in grime. I changed rooms three times, but all were terrible. The building was in such disrepair that it wasn't even worthy of being called a hotel. I booked a room for six days, but couldn't stay because the room was so dirty that it caused my allergies to flare up. I'm currently waiting for the promised refund, but it hasn't been returned. What terrible management. It was a truly traumatic experience. I suffered financial, mental, and health losses!!! I will never stay at a Neo Aston hotel anywhere in Indonesia. I will continue to raise awareness so that others are careful when choosing a hotel.
