The hotel staff are all friendly, the damage handling is fast response, the only problem is in the toilet because as soon as you enter there is a puddle of water in the toilet.. but the technician's fast response makes it safe.. and the mini fridge is not cold enough and there is no drinking water in the room, that's all.. overall everything is good, and it's a pleasure to be able to stay at the Neo hotel.. thank you🙏🏻

Nice, compact, and comfortable stay! The hot water shower works great, and I really appreciate that they don’t use plastic bottles. The location is perfect and the price is very reasonable compared to other similar hotels. There’s also a café right next to the lobby, which is a great spot to grab a drink, have some snacks, or meet up with friends. The only minor downside is that some people smoke indoors, but maybe that’s the norm here, it didn’t bother me too much as I just looked for a fresher spot. Overall, a great choice for the price!
