I've stayed here every time I've been to Bone, but yesterday was the worst. I left my AirPods behind when I checked out in the morning. That night, I realized I'd left them in my hotel room after checking the Find My app. Chats with the hotel staff went unanswered, so I sent them the last known location of my AirPods. The next morning, I traveled back from Makassar and confirmed they were still there. Thankfully, I found them, but I feel like the staff was hiding something. When my room was cleaned, I should have reported it to Lost and Found so they could have contacted the owner. Hopefully, things will get better.

In February/25 I checked in. I had been in the room for hours and the AC wasn't cold. I complained that the AC had just been cleaned. And in the morning the AC was still cold. In August/25 I checked in again. I was doubtful that the same thing would happen. It turns out that yes.. STILL THE SAME. The AC IS NOT COLD. I was offered to move to the next room and it turned out to be the same. And the next room smelled very musty. I was forced to stay in the previous room. And the bath towels were very rough and brownish. not white. Cleanliness is not maintained.. I'll go to Novena Bone again..

It's surprising that a hotel at this price uses river water, is very dirty and sandy, so it's not hygienic. Even though I've stayed here several times, this is the first time the quality of cleanliness is so bad. Come on, there's a big event in September with this quality, it's not worth it at that price.

The location is very strategic in the center of Bone city, for the facilities for the bathrooms, especially in the smelly pool, in the room there are tissues provided, not just one piece that appears empty underneath 🤣

the hotel is recommended for those going to bone regency. but there are some things that need to be inputted, namely the breakfast menu which still needs some variations. but overall it's okay considering the location of the hotel is in the Regency, of course this hotel is highly recommended for those who are in bone regency

Nice new room and bathroom. Be carefully, there are 2 different parts of the hotel. Cheaper smoking rooms by the karaoke coffee, and more expensive new luxury rooms in the main building. Swimmingpool with gym area and coffee area are beautiful. The hotel is in the middle of town with fastfood stores and coffee shops arround town. Breakfast looks very nice, but I haven't tried. Diner was delicious. Thank you

Took a deluxe room in a new building. Booked well in advance and requested a large bed but was not given, the reason was because the booking was made through an application 😅. When I first entered, the floor of the room was dusty + the toilet smelled a bit, maybe because of the water. The next day, I requested the housekeeping to clean the room because I would be gone all day and they agreed + didn't forget to turn on the clean my room button. When I returned to the hotel, it turned out the room wasn't cleaned. It was already very dusty from the first time I entered 🥴. The breakfast was quite varied, there was a swimming pool too. The location is very, very strategic, in the middle of the city and there are many kinds of restaurants/coffee shops around the hotel. This is not the first time I've stayed here, and there is still no change in terms of cleanliness. It's a shame, the rate is expensive but the cleanliness is lacking. Maybe in the future the problem of room cleanliness can be taken more seriously by hotel management.

Saya coba hubungin via wa tp admin nya slow respon banget (awalnya via telpon tp di arahkan agar chat via wa saja). Setelah check in, kebagian kamar 407. Termyata ac nya ga dingin sama sekali. Ga lagi lagi deh nginep hotel di sini!
