The electricity went out. I got hot. The water is also dead. I want to wash my face and there's not even a drop of water, so I was asked for an additional fee of 50 thousand from the receptionist. That's crazy. No hotel.

I have to increase the entry fee of 100 thousand plus use a deposit to a total of 200 thousand, even though I have made payments via the application, I am really disappointed with the hotel provider, please follow up, cook I have to add 100 thousand even though I have paid via the application, crazy What.

Uncomfortable experience having to pay an additional fee of IDR 100,000 upon check-in outside the deposit, if order from the application, only 1 towel, toothbrush and toothpaste are not available, new hotel but poor service and facilities.

Strange times, until the location at check-in is said that through the application it is only for 1 person so if 2 people are told to add 100 thousand, Then only one towel? Not recommended.

At check-in I was told to pay an additional Rp. 175,000, I ask for an explanation of Cs 100 thousand for the addition of 1 person even though the application clearly states the booking for 2 people / room. Then added 75 thousand because there is no discount. Must return to normal prices. Cs said Traveloka Website error.

Really broken, very unfriendly. I took 10 days but the room was never cleaned. TV broken can't change another room, guests can't come in, really sorry to stay here. just this once.

Very bad receptionist service When I checked in I showed proof of payment but the receptionist said the payment was not in, then I suggested checking back maybe because of network problems, I waited a while until finally they said it was already in, then they asked for my identity card, I gave my KTP receipt because it was still under management, they said it could not be due to management policy, I long argued until finally I decided to move to another hotel and asked them to just cancel my order, but they said they couldn't because I had to cancel it from the application

Ordinary people don't need to hold their ID cards. Here the KTP must be detained. Don't know how good it is from outside the city. Receptionist is also rather arrogant or less so. Maybe because the price is that much then the quality of service is also adjusted times.
